Commissioned by James Dickson in 1761, Ednam House was built by the famous architect James Nisbet, whose work also includes Paxton House, only ½ hour from Kelso.
Although the building has been extended through the years, the original ceillings, woodwork and fireplace still remain and are truly maginficent.
