Gill arrived in the UK some 30 years ago when her love of
cooking took her to the Cordon Bleu School of Cookery London.
She then pursued her catering career in Edinburgh where a diversity of catering functions led her to establish her own catering business firstly as Gill Johnson Catering and then to her present title.
Gill endeavours to bring the warmth and vibrancy of her native South Africa into her catering. She is dedicated to bringing only the best of food to you - and wherever possible will create a dish especially for you, her valued customer.
